One Time Community Access Fee: $
The community membership fee provides access to our program and community, priority support,
holding your position if necessary, special accommodations, room turnover, new linens, and access to our private Referral Services Network (RSN) for additional placement transitions.
Monthly Member Participation Fee: $$ - $$$
Get more privacy, space, access to comfortable common areas and home amenities for a favorible rate.
There are no refunds unless a transfer happens in error outside of dues owed (e.g. accidently over paid, paid twice, or you've priorly transitioned out of the program).
Late Fee: $
Member Participation Fees are due monthly on the 1st. Late fees are automatically charged on the 4th.
Other Amenities:
TV's in common areas, bio-metric entry and bedroom door locks, cleaning supplies available, on-site food pantry and kitchen counter top appliances.
